Strong technologies: To reliably analyse your product for presence of spoiling microflora, we make use of the patented MuScan(R) technology. This technology allows the detection of even the smallest number of spoilers present in a sample. For identification of the microbial spoilers and yeasts, we apply our validated Beer-AssureTM Real Time PCR assays.
